Domani Wealth’s Marketing and Communications manager has been selected as an honoree for 2022’s Forty Under 40 Awards, hosted by the Central Penn Business Journal.
The program recognizes leaders in the region younger than 40 years old for their professional accomplishments, community service, and commitment to inspire change.
In Holly’s career, she has worked in many industries providing content creation and management, public relations strategy, internal communications execution, and marketing expertise. Her time has included working in healthcare, marketing agencies, construction/architecture/engineering, journalism, and finance. She is known for building strategies, programs, and tactics from the ground up, as well as taking existing initiatives and growing their impact.
In her application to the program after our firm nominated Holly for the award, she noted her most significant professional accomplishment is her continual momentum and drive forward in her career, while simultaneously investing in many other areas of her life, including several volunteer leadership roles with the Friends of the Lancaster Public Library, Public Relations Society of America Central PA Chapter, Lancaster Education Foundation, and School District of Lancaster. She has also spent time volunteering in hands-on ways for Church World Service, a refugee resettlement organization, COBYS, a foster care agency, with Power Packs Project, an organization providing food to school children and their families in need, and at Lancaster Public Library’s community and fundraising events. Not to mention raising four young children and restoring a Victorian home built in 1879. Within many of her roles and responsibilities, Holly aims to make a positive difference, whether by increasing family engagement events at a local school, dramatically increasing participation in a local professional awards program, increasing opportunity for professional development in her field, bringing in more fundraising dollars for local organizations, or by improving communications. At work, this often entails celebrating coworkers, bringing a positive attitude to help make the culture fun, and her continual dedication to the company and her responsibilities.
This year’s nominees for the Forty Under 40 program numbered more than 200, and Holly’s commitment to volunteering, leadership in her field and in the community, and her track record as a professional helped her to be selected for this list of 40. Congratulations on such an accomplishment!
