Meet Jennifer Hill, CFP®, CPA-PFS, Partner, Senior Wealth Advisor, and Director of Practice Management
Known for her ability to think outside the box, be an active listener, and lead a team of people, Jennifer Hill has been a foundational part of Domani Wealth’s team since her intern days back in 2008.
In her time here, she’s moved from an Associate Wealth Advisor to most recently becoming a Partner and Owner at the beginning of 2020. She has regularly taken on more responsibility, and today her role includes developing client relationships, overseeing business systems and processes, and serving on several committees within the firm.
A perfect workday for Jenn would include several projects and interactions with clients and team members.
“My favorite part about my role is the ability to make a difference in clients’ lives,” she says.
Since she came on board nearly a dozen years ago, Jenn has seen the firm almost double in size. As part of that growth, she’s played a key role in revamping processes and utilizing technology to better serve our clients. Jenn finds Domani’s core values of teamwork and positivity resonate most with her, as she enjoys collaborating with others to make an impact.
“A positive attitude can make a big difference when working together,” Jenn says.
Jenn originally planned to be a chemical engineer but changed directions to study finance and accounting because of her love of numbers and problem solving. She enjoys being outdoors kayaking or hiking. Her biggest hobby is reading – she even keeps track of how many books she’s read over the years due to her love of list-making.
In 2020, Jenn is looking forward to seeing Domani Wealth continue to grow with new opportunities as we celebrate our 25th anniversary.
