Robert F. Wurster, Jr.
Client Service Associate

Each day, learning something new while meeting client needs.

Client Service Associate Robert Wurster, who goes by Bobby, enjoys assisting different practice groups throughout the firm and understanding how each division serves our clients in different ways.

What he likes best about being a team member here is the friendly and positive atmosphere, he says.

In his role at Domani Wealth, Bobby  prepares client account paperwork, communicates with custodians, and helps maintain client accounts and process fund transfers. He also generates reports, prepares documents for client meetings, and assists the firm’s billing team with production.

Bobby also works to assist our Wealth Advisor Group, which can include preparing personal financial planning projections, cash flow analysis, and participating on the income, estate, and gift tax planning teams for clients.

He is in the firm’s Client Service Associate rotational program. This two-year timeline enables new associates to spend time working in every practice group in the firm: Operations, Wealth Advisors, Investment Strategy, and Systems. Throughout their time, they will learn all aspects of our business and how we serve clients. Domani Wealth is highly selective of those entering this program, expecting both intense academic knowledge and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, learn quickly, and stay focused on details.

He’s appreciated internally for his willingness to learn and adaptiveness to changing needs.

“The core value that most resonates with me is teamwork,” he says. “Domani Wealth would not be able to be as successful without contributions from all team members. Everyone treats each other with respect and is an integral part of Domani.”

Working with investments and in wealth management has always piqued Bobby’s interest. It keeps him learning and staying on top of market trends, tax laws, and new ideas in the planning world.

If Bobby had a day to himself, he would play a round of golf and then relax at the beach. He has two small mixed-breed dogs named Tia and Sally, and his favorite place that he’s traveled is to Quebec City during its Winterfest.
