Timothy M. Sokoloski
Client Service Associate

Goals, expectations, and having an open mind.

For Tim Sokoloski, Domani Wealth Client Service Associate, this is how he approaches his career.

“By setting yourself goals and expectations and believing in yourself, you will be on the right track for your career,” he says.

Tim has always enjoyed working with numbers and wanted to keep applying that interest as he grows through his career. Working with our Operations group, he oversees custodian statements, manages account alerts, and completes client deposits. Tim also assists with client and foundation relationships, contributes to data integrity and management, and supports the entire firm’s operational needs.

Tim is always willing to take on new responsibilities and is excited to gain additional technical skills as he helps our team serve clients. He is known for his high accountability standards, his diligence, and seeking to understand the big picture and process nuances.

“Our team is always willing to make time for each other and share knowledge,” he says.

Tim also helps with onboarding new client accounts, facilitating account transactions, and generating client reports.

He is part of Domani Wealth’s Client Service Associate rotational program. This two-year timeline enables new associates to spend time working in every practice group in the firm: Operations, Wealth Advisors, Investment Strategy, and Systems. Throughout their time, they will learn all aspects of our business and how we serve clients. Domani Wealth is highly selective of those entering this program, expecting both intense academic knowledge and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, learn quickly, and stay focused on details.

The Domani Wealth core value that most resonates with Tim is accountability because if we can hold ourselves accountable with the choices we make, we can control our destiny, he says.

If he had an entire day of free time, Tim would spend it fishing on Lake Ontario. One of his most treasured possessions is a custom salmon fly fishing fly rod with his name on it. He enjoys drinking sweet tea and can always listen to Eric Church songs.
